Welcome to the online home for The Perfect Timing Group (Perfect Timing). Perfect Timing is a full service race management team, based out of Atlanta, Ga. Perfect Timing has developed a consistent client base covering high schools, universities and youth athletics. We prides itself on fast accurate timing and managing race events. We also understand the flexibility needed by meet managers during the days leading up to the meet and their hectic activites during the day of the meet. Perfect Timing has the professional knowledge to handle last minute changes as well as producing fast results for running and field events. Perfect Timing works very closely with NCAA standards, USATF and AAU track organizations.
Phil Logan (Founder, Meet Manager Specialist, Finishlyx and Camera expert) – Started as head timer at the University of South Carolina. Introduced to Finishlynx technology by Coach Curtis Frye in 2000. All American football standout at the University of South Carolina, former HS track coach, former HS football coach and current head coach with PT Elite Track Club (Marietta, Ga.). Brenda Chavis-Logan (Meet Manager Expert, Data Entry and Finishlynx Specialist) – Over 10 years experience organizing track and field meets. Specializes in organizing data for TF/XC meets. Expert Hy-Tek Meet Manager and Finishlyx certified.
Ray Lanier (Meet Manager Specialist, Finishlyx and Camera Specialist) – Highly trained Hy-Tek Meet Manager and Finishlyx camera operator. Specialized in timing\meet management with high school and youth TF\XC meets. Has over 25 years experience coaching track athletes at all levels. Founder and coach of Gazelle Track Club (Kennesaw, Ga.).Barbara Evans (Meet Manager Specialist) – Highly trained Hy-Tek Meet Manager operator. Specializing in both tack and cross country meet management.
Brandon Chester (Meet Manager Specialist, Finishlyx and Camera Specialist) – Highly trained Hy-Tek Meet Manager and Finishlyx camera operator. Specializing in timing\meet management for high school track meets. Currently a football coach at Woodstock High School in Georgia.
Michael Greer (Meet Manager Specialist, Finishlyx and Camera Specialist) – Highly trained Hy-Tek Meet Manager and Finishlyx camera operator. Specializing in timing\meet management for high school track meets. Current track coach with PT Elite Track Club (Marietta, Ga.).
